Hatha, Yin and Nidra Yoga with Adam Constable every Wednesday from 6 pm to 7:30pm and every Friday from 6:30pm to 8 pm, starting September 18th.

The first class on the 18th is a free introductory class.

Adam’s yoga classes are a combination of hatha, yin and yoga nidra.

The classes are based around body alignment and using the breath correctly in flows, to energise and unblock the chakras, generating the flow of prana in the body before moving on to a deeply meditative state in savasana or yoga nidra.

Spiritual Development Group with Jonno and Louise

Tuesday Evenings 7.30 – 9.30pm

This spiritual development group is perfect for those looking to explore, develop and strengthen their spiritual, psychic, intuitive mediumistic and healing abilities. We will teach you how to connect and work on a deeper level with your spirit guides and improve your connection to them. We will teach you how to feel and work with energy and learn how to trust your intuition enhancing your spiritual awareness and connection. Each week we will look at a different aspect of psychic work in a very relaxed, fun and safe environment.

Weekly topics include:

Mediumship, Meditation, Psychometry, Working with colour, Card readings, Auras, Energy Healing, Inspired writing, Intuitive Talking.

We are both mediums, healers and teachers. We combine our male/ female energy to bring a perfect balance to this group. We both enjoy guiding those we teach and encouraging them as they step confidently along their spiritual pathways.
