Julia will be running Yoga classes on Tuesdays from 9am to 10 am.
Julia’s yoga classes YoYinga and Yin Yoga.

These classes are 4 weekly class blocks covering different elements like chakra alignment,  detoxification and digestion, weight loss and metabolic balancing.

YoYinga is a mixed style class of fast moving flow yoga, balancing/strength building poses and Yin.  This is yoga for you body, heart and mind.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. Anywhere from 45 seconds to five minutes.

Yin yoga poses increase circulation to the joints improving flexibility.  It is a more mindful approach to yoga, it’s goals are awareness of  inner silence and calm.

Hatha, Yin and Nidra Yoga with Adam Conctable every Wednesday from 6 pm to 7:30pm and every Friday from 6:30pm to 8 pm, starting September 18th.

The first class on the 18th is a free introductory class.

Adam’s yoga classes are a combination of hatha, yin and yoga nidra.

The classes are based around body alignment and using the breath correctly in flows, to energise and unblock the chakras, generating the flow of prana in the body before moving on to a deeply meditative state in savasana or yoga nidra.
