Bioresonance training in basic, Intermediate and Advanced Bioresonance therapy according to Paul Schmidt.

During the last 10 years when the sun came out and there was an increase in temperature, I developed a painful, and extremely itchy rash with blisters, on my hands, arms, chest and back. Occasionally it even affected my face. I used various anti histamine tablets, and prescribed steroid creams, which did not seem to improve my skin condition.

A friend suggested I contact Amanda for allergy testing and bio resonance.

Following testing it turned out I had intolerance to a number of foods and substances and not the sun. My symptoms were treated with bioresonance.  Subsequently, I omitted these foods from my diet and after 4 sessions of bio resonance my skin was clear. The good news is that I can now go outside on sunny days and maybe even go abroad on holiday thanks to Amanda and bioresonance. I would highly recommend bio-resonance to anyone suffering with skin problems.

“I went for life coaching not really knowing what to expect but knowing that something was stopping me from moving on in my life and keeping me from being truly happy.

I find it difficult to speak about anything personal but, straight away, I felt at ease, comfortable answering the questions asked and sharing things I had never really talked about before.

Through the sessions I have been able to piece together reasons for certain behaviours and “walls” I have built around myself over the years which have stopped me from moving on in my life.

I have been learning to let go of traumatic experiences that I have not dealt with in the past, recognise behaviour that I have passed on to my children and how, importantly, I need to look after myself to be able to look after others.

I really feel that this experience has been life changing for me as it has made me evaluate my life and take steps to positively move forward. I really look forward to our sessions and, even though some emotions can be hard to relive, the focus is always on the positive, looking for ways to deal with them and move forward through setting small steps each session towards my own personal goals”.  Mrs C, Melksham.

When I first met Laura, I was very uncertain with regards to my career. Unhappiness in my job was having a detrimental effect on my life in general leasing to a lacking of direction or motivation in any area. Laura helped me put structure in place to identify where changes were needed and how to make smaller changes which could be built on.

Through having an unbiased listener to speak to, it became clear what the next steps were and with this knowledge I was less fearful to commit and carry them out.

The effect: a new job, a happier and more relaxed me and a plan of action and motivation to start doing the things I love again.

Just having someone to listen and help take the confusion out of an overwhelming situation has resulted in such a turnaround in a very short space of time and I will be eternally grateful to Laura for giving me that new improved perspective on my life.

Thank you, Laura, you really helped me rediscover myself. The journey is far from over, but at least now it has started. Mrs H, Neston

Laura supported me in securing a new job. I had been in the same line of work for many years and although I knew I was unhappy in my work and should be moving on, I wasn’t able to do this without the coaching from Laura.

Laura helped give me the confidence to consider employment far removed from my previous jobs. She helped me identify transferable skills and my personal attributes.

Laura was encouraging throughout the process and helped with self-confidence and the belief that I was capable of making changes. Mrs R, Corsham

Laura is very easy to talk to. She helped me to look at the things that were making me anxious and to find ways of coping/changing. I have had counselling before but found Life Coaching more solution focused which suited me better. I would recommend anyone to try. Mrs G, Trowbridge

I first contacted Lindsay in late 2012 after being recommended CBT by my Doctor as an alternative to medication.  I had been suffering from stress and anxiety for most of the year and I wanted to find ways of coping better then and in the future.  Through a mixture of hypnotherapy and CBT, Lindsay taught me how to achieve this.  Together with a CD to listen to at home, it took just three sessions and the difference was remarkable.  I found Lindsay very professional and extremely easy to talk to. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services to any prospective new clients. LP, Bath

Working with Lindsay has helped me to regain a sense of balance and priority in my life. With her help I have tackled a number of negative issues which were preventing me from fully enjoying my life. Over time I have come to accept myself for who I am, enjoy my family more and improve my work/life balance. I feel stronger, happier and healthier. Lindsay has given me the tools to change my life for the better, forever.
                                                                                                              Client, Bradford on Avon

I would highly recommend Lindsay, as she helped me through a period of major depression. She was unfailingly kind, professional and knowledgeable. With her patience and hard work, I was able to return to work and have continued to use some of the skills which she taught me. Lindsay helped me to regain my life and see the good points within myself and for that I cannot thank her enough. NM, Wiltshire

Lucy is a friendly, professional, family osteopath, who treats patients from new born babies (their mothers, pre and post partem) to the older patient and everyone in between. Through her success in treating one person in the family, she has in turn been recommended to spouses, children, parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, grandchildren, neighbours and colleagues, the list goes on!

Lucy graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy (M.Ost) from the University College of Osteopathy (formally BSO), the oldest osteopathic school in Europe; having completed a 4 year degree in Osteopathy, Lucy now treats a wide range of musculo-skeletal problems. Lucy utilises a variety of osteopathic techniques including soft tissue massage, MET muscle stretching, joint manipulation and cranial-sacral osteopathy to name a few techniques.

As an undergraduate, Lucy cemented and now continues to develop her knowledge in key areas; Osteopathy and Obstetrics, Involuntary Motion Studies (Cranial treatment) and Functional Technique. Lucy’s dissertation explored a potential link between altered nerve/muscle development in children/young adults and learning disorders (particularly dyslexia) and is continuing to develop her knowledge in this area working with developmental psychologists and neurodevelopment therapists.

Lucy is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC); only those registered with the council and having undergone significant and specific osteopathic training, are legally allowed to call themselves an Osteopath, this title is protected by the 1993 Osteopath’s Act. I need regular treatment chiefly for my back (scoliosis), neck and shoulders. I have seen Lucy and Stephen since I have moved to the area and find them both very helpful. They listen, remember, understand, explain and suggest a different approach if the first one doesn’t help as expected. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. Thank you. M.E.G (Calne)

I have visited Lucy at the Ashfield Practice on three occasions to have treatment on a very painful shoulder injury.  My first visit absolutely reassured me that Lucy was the right osteopath for me, I found her and indeed the Practice very welcoming and reassuring.  Each time I’ve had treatment Lucy has been very thorough and informative about the treatment given and what my and her expectations are afterwards always sending me home  with a series of exercises to continue the healing process.  I am now at a much more comfortable place in my recovery and I owe it to Lucy’s knowledge and professionalism.  I have already recommended her to a friend. R.H (Chippenham)

Dear Lucy, Just to say a big thank you for easing my neck and headaches yesterday. I am really pleased that you are helping me along the “80+” path and look forward to the next session”. D.H (Chippenham)

I am very pleased with how my appointment went. The diagnosis was thorough allowing you to determine my exact problem. The massage left me feeling relaxed and very optimistic I will soon be without aches and pains and also able to sleep better. B.S (Melksham)
