Julia will be running a free trial class on the 17th September from 9am to 10 am and then will be followed by 4 weekly class blocks covering different elements like chakra alignment, detoxification and digestion, weight loss and metabolic balancing.
Julia’s yoga classes consist of YoYinga and Yin yoga.
YoYinga is a mixed style class of fast moving flow yoga, balancing/strength building poses and Yin. This is yoga for you body, heart and mind.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. Anywhere from 45 seconds to five minutes.
Yin yoga poses increase circulation to the joints improving flexibility. It is a more mindful approach to yoga, it’s goals are awareness of inner silence and calm.
