When you need some timeout to relax and de-stress, come along to my guided Meditation Group – it’s a small, informal group and you don’t need any previous experience. These evening Guided Meditation Sessions offer a safe space to simply be still, allowing yourself to breathe and connect with yourself and to feel relaxed and peaceful.
Sessions are about an hour. The guided meditation will last around 30 minutes. Afterwards we share our experiences and you are welcome to stay and chat or chill over a cup of tea. If you would like to bring a mat and cushions to lie down, please do and you may find it useful to bring a notebook.
What is Guided Meditation?
Guided meditation is meditation with the help of a narrator who acts as a guide, talking you through a journey, where you enter a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness. It is a powerful way of eliminating stress and brings about positive personal changes.
Guided Meditation is useful for people who are new to meditation as it is easy to do. It’s also a way for people more experienced with meditation, to have a deep and more vivid experience, helping them deal with specific issues.
