Mondays Matter – and so do I

A group to get your week off to a positive and peaceful start.

This group is designed to give you a positive start to your week. Each session will begin with a guided meditation, each week focusing on a different aspect of ourselves.  You will be learning to use  and  trust your intuition to bring positivity into your week, releasing  negative thoughts, letting go of stress and giving yourself permission to make you count.  We will share thoughts, spiritual experiences and guidance in this friendly and inspiring group.


Monday 11am – 12pm £10 per session.
